Rental rate: $275 for four hours, including setup and breakdown. A 50% deposit ($137.50) is required to reserve the date. Capacity is 60 standing or 46 seated. Up to 30 minutes of early access may sometimes be permitted, but is not guaranteed.

Tables and chairs are available as a courtesy but are not part of setup service. Renters are responsible for arranging, setting up, breaking down and returning all furniture. All setup and breakdown must fit within the four-hour rental period.
